Civic charter

The neighbourhood first.

This space belongs to no party. We do not care where a good idea comes from. We care whether it works.

Principles
01

Facts before opinions

Opinions are legitimate, but remain distinct from documents, data, public acts and verified information.

02

Problems before sides

A broken pavement or dangerous road has no political allegiance: we look at the concrete problem.

03

Solutions before slogans

Proposals are read through feasibility, costs, consequences, maintenance, responsibilities and sources.

04

Transparency before blind trust

Every item must show why it is reliable and be correctable with a better source.

Discussion, not propaganda

Documentable responsibility

History and analysis of ideologies can be necessary to understand a place, document or event. Party propaganda, proselytism, intimidation, discrimination and incitement to violence do not belong here.

When an act assigns a decision to a body or office, the portal reports fact, source, date and context: without personal attacks or propaganda.
